Summary

Brand New Tesla Model 3 came in for new vehicle paint protection. After an in person consultation with the owner, we decided to protect this vehicle with our 7-Year SiC Ceramic Coating. Interior received Owner’s Pride Interior Ceramic Coating to protect the ultra white tesla seats. Moving forward, both the paint & interior will be extremely easy to maintain. Exterior paint coating protects from UV damage, fading, water spotting, etching, overspray and much more! Also comes with a legal warranty reflected on Carfax.

The Process

Even brand new paint needs to be properly prepped before coating. Prep work includes a paint cleanse, iron oxide treatment, a demineralizing treatment and clay session to ensure a clean canvas for polishing.

The paint from the factory was pretty good, with minor flaws. All Ceramic Coating packages receive a polishing stage to remove light swirl marks & paint defects. This includes hologram patterns (From body shop buffing), light swirling from the dealership washing it, and minor scratching from transport. Even brand new paint is far from perfect, which is why I include a polishing step to produce the ultimate gloss prior to applying a highly durable ceramic coating.

What Gets Coated?

Included in this service, all exterior paint, headlights, tail lights, plastics, wheel faces, and windshield are coated. This ensures an evenly protected surface from the elements and a very easy wash process going forward. Owner’s Pride OP7 Ceramic Coating is an advanced SiC formualted product forming a strong barrier of protection between the paint and environmental contaminants. Manufacture Clear Coat has continued to thin over the years which calls for a strong layer of Ceramic Coating to protect the paint. The OP7 Ceramic Coating is warrantied through a 3rd party and reflected on Carfax.
